Policies & Procedures

At Athens Center for Massage Therapy it is our intention to provide our clients with a professional therapeutic massage experience. The following policies and procedures have been put in place to aid in offering an outstanding massage experience to all of our clients as well as to be respectful of our therapist’s time…

Arrival

Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out appropriate paperwork (new clients), change, and prepare for your massage session. All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

Late Arrival

Please be aware that if you arrive late for an appointment, it is subject to be shortened or rescheduled. If your session is shortened due to late arrival, you will still be charged for the originally scheduled session.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Should you fail to give a 24 hour cancellation notice on more than two occasions, you will be asked to pre-pay for all future services.
